A 30-minute video call with the founder. We'll talk about the role, your background, and what excites you about the problem we're solving.
Skills Assessment
A short take-home task relevant to the role. We respect your time — nothing that takes more than 2–3 hours.
Final Interview
A deeper conversation about how you work, what you've built, and how you'd approach challenges at Dwello Africa.
Offer
If it's a great fit on both sides, we'll move fast. We'll send an offer and get you onboarded as quickly as possible.
